Nicola Boylin
LEAD DESIGNER
Nicky grew up on a council estate in South Yorkshire and a part of a working family. Education and hard work always being a focus, great emphasis was placed on getting good grades to excel in a prosperous career.
Lucky enough to go to University, the achievement of a BA (HONS) degree in Business, MSC in Marketing Management and membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, gave a great base of knowledge from which to continually develop and hone skills in the workplace putting knowledge into practice.
After meeting Johnathan, CEO of The Boylin Group, they instantly became aware they both shared unwavering ambition, high expectations of themselves professionally and a love of business and property.
20 years on, the ambition and motivation has only grown stronger, she nurtures a belief you can achieve anything, regardless of background or education if you are determined, driven and hardworking and never lose sight of your goals.
Her energy is focused on building the business and the brand that is The Boylin Group, based on principles of Integrity, professionalism and striving for perfection in everything she does.
Brooke Jennings
CFO
Brooke is the Office and Operations Manager at The Boylin Group, responsible for keeping the day-to-day running of the business organised, controlled, and moving in the right direction.
She manages task flow across the business, coordinates maintenance and works, and ensures processes are followed so everything runs efficiently and stays on track. Working closely with maintenance, finance, and asset roles, Brooke plays a key part in keeping the team structured and operations running smoothly.
Through her progression within the business, Brooke has developed a strong understanding across several areas. This knowledge and experience has supported her growth into her current role, where she guides day-to-day operations while continuing to develop as Office and Operations Manager.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her partner, whether that’s socialising with friends, trying new restaurants or experiencing new places. However, she is equally a homebody at heart, enjoying time relaxing at home with her partner or family.
